TEMPLE FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY – THIS SATURDAY

Yes! It’s been one year since the inauguration of the Sri Venkateswara Temple. Thanks to the many devotees who have helped to build the new Temple!
Highlights of the first year anniversary include Sri Srinivasa Kalyanam and Sri Shiva Parvati Kalyanam on Saturday at 11:00 am, and Sahasra Deepa Sahita Dolotsavam at 7:00 pm.  The latter, the lighting of 1000 lamps in the darkened temple at 7:00 pm, is very beautiful.  The light from these lamps goes straight through the eyes into the brain/mind– having a soothing and purifying effect, removing sins and bringing bliss.
