Mahalakshmi Jayanthi is believed to be the day when Goddess Lakshmi emerged from the ocean of milk as it was churned for the immortal Elixir, the Amrit. She is worshipped as the Goddess of abundance and prosperity. Worshipping Lakshmi brings prosperity and happiness in all folds of life.

At the temple, there will be Special Homam at 10 a.m. and Abhishekam at 7 p.m.
