Every year at the temple, we have performed Laghu Rudrabishekam during Karthika Masa. This year in addition to laugh Rudrabishekam we will perform Laksha Bilva Archana, while chanting Shiva Sahasranama, the 1000 names of Lord Shiva. Worshipping Shiva and Vishnu during this month brings many blessings to families. Rudra Namakkam and Chamakkam are very special to the worship of Shiva. Similarly offering Bilva patra is also very special to His worship. It is believed that Parvati Devi relies in the Bilva partra.
