We encourage to register in advance for Karthika Pournami Samuhika Sri Satyanarayana Swamy puja on Sunday, November 26th, so that we can make proper arrangements. Seating starts at 4 p.m. and puja will start sharp at 4.30 p.m. Front rows are reserved for the early registrants (whoever sponsored by Saturday, Nov. 25th noon and they need to come by 4 p.m.). Walk-ins are welcome, but they will be placed in available spots. Temple will provide Gold Plated Satyanarayana Swamy Pratima, and devotees can take it to their homes after the puja.

 
Na Kaartheeka samo maasa,
Na Deva Kesavaatparam
Nacha Vedasamam Shaasthram,
Na theertham Gangayaasamam
~ There is no month equal to Kartheeka masa, there is no God equivalent to Lord Kesava (Sri Hari), there is no script equal to Veda, and there is no theertha (pilgrimage) equal to sacred river Ganges. ~
 

 Karhtika Pournima, or Full Moon Day in the month of Karthika is very auspicious for Sri Sathya Narayana Puja.  At the temple Saamuhika Sathya Narayana Puja will be performed. Please register in advance to ensure a spot for the puja on this day. Devotees performing the puja should bring paan leaves, nuts, 2 coconuts, fruits, flowers, coins and prasad to offer.

It is tradition to light diyas on this day, in grand manner. Many devotees light diyas with 365 wicks at the temple on this day. The temple will provide 365 wicks to devotees at a nominal donation
